Cancellation and Refund Policy

At RADOPIFY, we are committed to delivering high-quality services, including Meta Ads Services, Google Ads Services, Shopify Store Setup, WooCommerce Store Setup, and Other Digital Marketing Services. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase or subscription.

1. No Cancellations or Refunds

  • We do not accept cancellations or refunds for any purchase or subscription of our services.

  • Digital products, services, and subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.

  • Clients must evaluate their requirements carefully before proceeding with any purchase or subscription.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy for Meta Ads & Google Ads Services

  • Once a Meta Ads or Google Ads service subscription is activated and the initial setup is completed, no cancellations or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  • We take full responsibility for setting up Meta Business Suite, Meta Business Manager, Ad Account, Business Verification, Campaign Structure, Audience Setup, and Optimization before launching ads.

  • We are not responsible for ad results or any changes made by the client (or their team) after our setup without informing us.

  • Clients who modify or take over the campaign settings (such as budgets, audiences, ad creatives, or targeting) without consulting us will not be eligible for any refund.

3. No Refund Policy for Shopify & WooCommerce Store Setup

  • Once we begin working on a Shopify or WooCommerce Store Setup, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.

  • The store setup involves custom configurations, theme installations, product uploads, and integrations, which are non-reversible once initiated.

  • Clients must clearly communicate their requirements before placing an order, as we do not entertain refund requests for any reason after work has begun.

4. Monthly Subscription Plans for Digital Marketing Services

  • If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription, you must contact us via call or WhatsApp at least 3 days before the renewal date.

  • Cancellations requested after this period will not be processed, and the subscription will auto-renew.

  • Upon cancellation of auto-renewal, the existing subscription will remain active until the end of the current subscription period, after which services will automatically terminate.

5. Paid Consultations

  • Paid consultation fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Once a consultation is confirmed and payment is made, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to change our prices and policies at any time without prior notification. However, users already subscribed to our services will be notified of any price changes. Additionally, we hold the right to cancel or withdraw any subscription at our discretion, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
